I have had 2 of these. When they work they are good. Mine crashes at least once a day (usually more) and requires me to power cycle it in order to restore service. I thought it was a bad unit so I had it replaced. New one does the same thing. It drops all wifi connections and then becomes completely unresponsive, does not react to button clicks etc. I requested a different kind of hardware and TM is telling me it will cost another $15/mo for the improved HW. I am like, just send me something that doesn't crash for the price we agreed to. Not happy.

I got it yesterday, and can not get it to connect to any of my devices except my phone. So not real happy.

The older black units are better. Have both side by side and the download is slightly slower with the white unit. Upload speed is 5 times less than the black unit. Seems like a downgrade on T-Mobile's part for these "newer" units.

Very interesting video. I am thinking about buying it for PC Free recording for my Nintendo Switch. Amazon has it back in stock for nearly 500$ Canadian. If you can answer these questions for me, I would appreciate it. I strictly need it for Nintendo Switch. I need it to record at least 1080p at 60fps, I am certain this thing can do that but I need to know if the bitrate is recording at at least 40K. I wasted money on the AverMedia LGP+ with Micro Sd capture & the bitrate is MAXED at 20 & the image looks soft & ugly. I don't know why there are no capture cards with SD features, it is mind boggling that there are only 2. Thanks in advance.

I have the black unit and it has exceptionally good service. It can connect to 65 devices. I get no pings and no down service except maybe during a severe weather storm.

I played it on psx, pc, now the remake & will play it again on Sega, the way its meant to be played.
